Formed in 1994, Christie Timber Services is continually developing; technology innovation, business systems and now a new facility.

We now employ over twenty five staff committed to one aim – serving you, the customer.

We machine wood for all purposes from simple flooring to highly decorative architectural moulding for heritage projects. And we have developed an IT system dedicated to keeping it all running smoothly.

Every customer has different needs.

For large building supply firms we can run thousands of metres of a particular "retail" profile such as Ogee skirting delivering a cost advantage as well as a great product.

For interior designers or shop fitters it might be just a few metres of a specially designed facing to lift a pub or bank interior above the ordinary.

For manufacturers we run consistent profiles from which they can build their products.

And we also serve architects and self builders - people who know they want a standard of quality in their floors and finishings that are only available from a company like Christie.
